Hello everyone! I am back with another Building generator!

For this project at Breda University of Applied Sciences, I was tasked with finding and fixing a tech problem within a set of given tags, in my case Harlem and 1940s.

I learned a lot about dependencies within generators with my last project, and wanted to try out how to fix these using generation that ends up running parallel to eachother. With this I mean not doing everything one after another, such as with my last generator.
Another goal of mine was to use more Points and VEX in procedural generation as I felt like my last approach was lacking in that regard.

This generator splits off after the points get created for the placement of the building pieces. This allows me to run not only the generation of the modules and stairs, but also extra details such as the roof and the corner stones at the same time. I also worked a lot more with frozen nodes which gave the system more breathing room in regards to what had to be generated.

Here is a short video of me demonstrating the tool.

Many thanks to my lecturers for giving me great feedback with regards to what is important in procedural generation and wasn't isn't, as well as helping me with catering my tool to work better for other artists.
If anyone has any feedback on my presentation, general tips or other usefull information then please share!

Thank you all for reading, and hope to see you at the next project!
