Reaction Diffusion Studies

These clips take the volumetric reaction diffusion solver I discussed in http://flexmonkey.blogspot.co.uk/2017/04/particle-advection-by-reaction.html and renders it as geometry.

The first clip renders the system as a lattice of spheres where the scale is a function of the concentration of the 'v' chemical species. The second clip builds a second VDB where density is a function of the concentration of the 'v' chemical species and converts to a polygon soup.
