Wire Shell

This piece is part of a series of works where I use the principle of wires wound around geometric structures with variable radii to create virtual sculptures.

The results are beautiful objects, at the same time organic and abstract...

The object is rendered out in what I call "virtual photography", using natural environments for lighting and realistic depth of field in very high quality and resolution (10,000px square or more) for finest results in large print dimensions (Redshift).
