Thanks, I tried several previous drivers including the ones you mentioned, unfortunately it didn't solve the problem.

I'll keep an eye on the daily builds and hopefully the issue get resolved eventually.

So I'm looking through the list of supported cards

It says
Nvidia GEForce 8000M series, 9000M series, GT 100M to 900M series. x50 or higher (eg, GTX 650).

Isn't the GeForce GTX 765M under the “or higher” category?

It seems to be an open GL issue.

Until this gets fixed I think my only options is to install ubuntu
