How to stop flickering in render 2004年7月30日6:33
hi.
I am getting a crazy flickering in my render. There appears to be very small black spots that change position and shapes each frame giving a flickering look. It happens on objects shaded with a texture map, and displacement. I have tried increasing the “displace bound” in the obj level under the render tab, increasing the sample rate and decreasing the dither, in the mantra perameters. I have done dozens of test increasing and decreasing values based on my texture displacement. Anyone have knowledge on this?

There is a button at the top right hand of the screen where you can choose “always”, “changes”, or “never” which refers to updating the screen. You could change this setting to “never” so that you can navigate through a heavy file- without waiting forever and then click“update” when you want to see results. This helps me when I have heavy files.

How do I transfer the alpha channel from my particles to the i3D render?
I tried adding an alpha channel to the particles and renaming the alpha to density- also adding color+alpha parameter in the i3D shader = no luck.
I want the vox cloud to fade out instead of popping off. help! thanks.
