Particle Attraction 2007年3月21日19:36
Hi guys, how do you get a group of particles accurately attracted to the space and position etc. occupied by a group of points (created from a particle cloud)?
To clarify…Set1 has 200 particles in it and needs all Set2 particles (which also has 200 particles) to inhabit its designated 200 points in space shown through animation.
Thanks.

Particle Instances 2006年9月4日20:05
Hi, I have a problem with rendering out instanced particles.
I have a SOP that is referenced to by an Instance POP within a POP network. The input for the Instance POP is a Location POP, used to test particle emissions for the time being. I have the render flag selected on the last node of the POP network (Instance) and the templated geometry is shown spurting out in many numbers as wanted. However when I jump to Object level and try to render out an image from the middle of the frame range, I only get one geometry rendered instead of the multiple that I expected from the particle simulation. Also at times I get small spheres rendered out when my geometry model is totally different.
Can anyone tell me what is occurring here? Where am I going wrong?
