Bevel the Shared Edge @ Acute Angles 2010年10月20日10:52
Hi everyone,
I'm new to houdini and trying to set up a procedural 3d logo creator that eats AI curves (converted to cruves > FBX in maya). I'm stuck now with something I can't seem to figure out.
I'm using a groupGeometry sop to grab the primitives with acute angles, but now I need to bevel only that shared edge. The reason I need to is because my next step is to extrude all of those faces and that extra bevel creates a more accurate represtation of the base curve. Without it, that corner gets pushed out too far.
Anyone have any tips on how to do that without explicetly grabbing those components?
Thanks!
