How to use the point cloud export ？

This problen about pintoanimation attribute of cloth, h11 is right, h12 is wrong, please look the two files :

I make pintoanimation attribute for animation of cloth in sop , H12 cloth can't update the v attribute, but H11 can update it , maybe my false setup ? or bug ?
