Delete custom nodes from tool palette 2018年9月28日14:24
Hi,
I added a few nodes per drag'drop to a custom menu item in the tool palette.
How can I delete one?
I tried to delete the entries in the ‘houdini16.5/toolbar\default.shelf’ file, but it only leads to an error.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks
Patrick

Lost inner nodes by saving the solver to Gallery 2017年10月8日5:52
Hello,
I have build an infection system via a Point-Wrangle-Node in a solver node.
Now, if I save my solver with RMB -> Save -> to Gallery and when Drag'n'Drop from ToolShelf back in Network-Editor the solver losts the containing wrangle-node.
I've tried to save it with a surrounding SubNet-Node. But also the Point-Wrangle-Node node is gone.
I hope you experienced houdiniusers know some alternatives for these problems that suit my way of working better.
Many thanks!

Point attribute updates within attribute wrangle 2017年8月27日12:54

There is no way to sanely refer to the currently processing geometry as VEX is not processing the points or your instructions in the order you'd expect.
Hi,
how can I change attributes in VEX and update it?
For example:
I start with one Point in a group.
Iterate over all points and check if the iter-point has nearpoints and if one of that is in the group.
If so, i set the iter-point to the group.
It's a kind of infection-map. Sure not all points can be affected, but for this simple setup it should work, I guess
Thank's
