Just got back home, sorry not before your post, but I missed it prob. not familiar enough ‘yet’ with houdini, turned out I had turned on, accidentally, what it is related to ‘yellow’ marker on one of my nodes (far left).

When I found it removed it, then animation worked fine, so happy its working, pretty neat stuff

Anyway given you're here , is there any way I can add rotation to the current animation ? I looked but given my little know-how as yet with houdini , I'm not finding what I need.

FYI: I just have a mountain node attached to sphere, with color as in tutorial.

I am using https://www.sidefx.com/tutorials/workspace/#comment-4199, [www.sidefx.com] as a guide to try apprentice animation, but given I"m doing it exactly right as per url,. noting a few UI differences from that one, which seem minor ISH, why does it not animate in viewport as I press play ?

Are there differences need to take into account to get it to work ?
