Is there a way in houdini to measure water flow in gallons per minute for a fluid simulation?

OS: Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8
Houdini Version: Houdini 12.0.581
Summary:

When I submit a job, it fails immediately with the following error:

/bin/sh: line 0: cd: /Volumes/Animation/HQShared/houdini_distros/hfs.macosx-x86_64: Not a directory

This is the command that its trying to execute:
Macosx Command:
export HOUDINI_PYTHON_VERSION=2.6 && export HFS=“$HQROOT/houdini_distros/hfs.$HQCLIENTARCH” && cd $HFS && source ./houdini_setup && hython -u $HFS/houdini/scripts/hqueue/hq_submit_renders.py

When I run this manually in the terminal, I dont get the error. I checked the path name and they are all fine.

Anyone have this problem?
