Learn a fast, procedural and highly art-directable way to create a blast from any object using Houdini, MOPs, and particle simulation. Antonio Souza discloses many helpful techniques for food and product blast animations.


First, you will create two moments that you can model and animate a transition between them to your liking. This is helpful for morphing and other effects. Then, you will learn to fine-tune the animation using a ramp and particle simulation with a little bit of VEX.
