    oo very cool for ABC anim polish! what's a good way to remove degenerate polygons or clean the cache to make sure it's safe for this node?

    you can use a facet sop to delete degenerate polygons.

    awesome! Now just need a built in push and pull brush in the edit/sculpt sop, since those are usually the type of corrections you would make in a real world situation.

    the edit sop has a tab called sculpt that does exactly what you describe. RMB to pull, MMB to push. There is also the sculpt sop which works in the same way.

    I meant something that acts more like a soft deform but in a brush, rather than just being able to push and pull in the direction of the normals.

      I agree, This a great tool for adding corrective shapes to animation. Relying on the Edit node to do the corrective adjustments on a human form (for instance) is WEAK. Just pushing and pull along the normal is NOT enough. As SideFX develops KineFX it is becoming clear that they need a more robust sculpting solution to go with it.

    Is there a version of this tool that works for Houdini 19.5? It seems to be broken
