Backported r489026 and r489067 lit-sphere changes. This fixes an issue of lit-spheres not rendering because the depth rendered during the depth prepass doesn't match the depth rendered during the beauty pass. The fix is to allow for some error by biasing the depth toward the camera. Also fix transparent lit-spheres not rendering correctly.
