Fixed bug where fstop parm was tied to crop handle parm on Camera handle.

Fixed bug where modifying the fstop on a camera handle would modify the crop parameters instead.

The Collection LOP's Add Exclusions parameter is now Set Exclusions, and if unchecked, does not set or alter the collection's exclude relationship at all. Also fixed this LOP so that including the collection itself in the primitive pattern now does the expected thing, adding new primitives to the collection, rather than putting the collection in its own include relationship.
