Fixed the behavior of the Edit Material Properties LOP in Create Class mode. It now creates a class prim at a particular location without modifying the inheriting material prim at all.

Fixed an issue where ML Regression Train would not work properly on intel-based OSX machines. The fix consists of requiring torch version 2.2.2 instead of 2.4.0. The latter version of torch is not available for these machines.
