Recipes - Fix colliding recipe bugs

  • The fix deals with several problems when editing a recipe:
    • Avoid overwriting recipes during editing if internal name collides with the currentlibrary or others. Issue an error message and disable the dialog save buttons inthis case.
    • Existing recipes can only be overwritten when creating a new one.
    • If the edited recipe internal name is changed, delete the original recipe beforesaving the new one.
