Curve primitives are now rendered with a normalized t-value (between 0 and 1) even when the underlying basis has a different range. This should allow more consistent handling of fur and hair rendering in mantra where it is often necessary to interpolate a tip and root color based on the distance along the hair. Add a new object parameter, "curveunitst" that allows this change to be disabled for backward compatibility.

Non-sticky fluids now only use the collision index field rather than the collision velocity field. This means the compute their local velocities just-in-time and only on true collision boundaries, hopefully reducing computation time.
