Fixed a bug loading scaled deep rasters that was introduced a few days ago. The first plane would appear fine, but subsequent planes would be filled with garbage.

Fixed a bug when brush selecting multiple objects in trees where you could append to the current selection, but not remove rows from it (i.e. if you drag the mouse pointer towards the clicked row).

Also, turned off brush selecting in the network editor's list mode and in the Edit Parameter Interface dialog trees. Click-and-drag now performs drag-and-drop operations in these components.
