Removed all traces of the old shader palette in favour of the new material palette. Thus, the Window > Material Palette brings up the new palette. Also, the VOPNET and SHOP RMB menus have lost their respective obsolete entries that used to save the ops to the old palette. Everything is done through the "Save to Gallery" entry now, where applicable.
