Fixed a couple of bugs with resizing spreadsheet columns. After resizing a column, the width would revert back to its original value on the next mouse action event. There was also a problem where resizing a column sometimes produced a width that did not reasonably correspond to the motion of the mouse. These bugs were most apparent in the parameter spreadsheet.

The vertical bar on the right hand side of the viewport now has two extra buttons: one to toggle the display of background images, and one to toggle the display of custom attributes. The latter is not fully operational yet. These two buttons are shortcut equivalents of functionality already existing in the Display Options dialog.
