Added a Volume Offset parameter to the Particle Fluid Object. This offset (which is scaled internally by the object's particle scale) controls the distance from collision geometry at which collisions occur.

Added a preference to the General UI Options which controls the size of the main Houdini UI. There are 4 levels, Small, Compact, Normal and Large. The default is Normal (which is the H9 as previously seen). This preference takes effect for the next and subsequent Houdini sessions.

Photon map generation now supports a target object category that can be specified through the "Photon Target" light property. Photon targets are used by mantra to limit the geometry that photons will be cast towards, and are currently only used to implement photon map generation from environment lights.

Photon shaders are now obsolete and are rewritten internally as surface shaders using PBR for photon generation. Some differences in old renders using photon maps are to be expected. In the future, photon shaders should be avoided with photon propagation expressed in the surface shader using the BSDF.
