Fixed a bug where the XML menu files were parsed in the wrong order. The local files in $HOME/houdini9.0/ were parsed first before $HFS/houdini/ menu definitions, so the local files could not modify or update the default houdini menus. Now the parsing order is correct (starting with the default menu XML files and finishing with the local ones).
