Fixed a bug in the Edit state that incorrectly disabled all handle parameters. Also, removed the "Handle Follows Selection" parameter from the Edit SOP. This item is now found in the handle's parameters.

Entering string expressions in string parameters no longer automatically create channels. Channels can still be created for string expressions but must be done manually. Despite not having a channel, the string parameter can still be toggled to proper expression mode or toggled to expanded value mode.

The PolySplit State will now output more than two decimal points for split ratios. This means that the split location will not change after hitting RMB and should ensure perpindicular splits stay that way.
