Added a Pre-Compute Normals option to the Deform Muscle SOP. When used with Deform Normals, this can improve the inflation behaviour when using surface normals. Changed the "Use Metaball Normals for Joint Group" to a new option, called "Exclude Opposing Metaballs For Joint Group". The SOP now checks to make sure a metaball is on the right side of the joint group point before trying to inflate it - regardless of whether you're inflating by metaball normal or by surface normal.

Added the TimeBlend SOP which blends inbetween frames from the surrounding integer frames. Allows the easy conversion of File sequences to smooth interpolated sequences.
