Added the ability to choose how groups are preserved/propagated after in the Fuse SOP. This lets you specify whether the fused point will belong to the same groups as the original point with least point number, belong to the union of all the original point groups or belong to the intersection of the original point groups.

POPs now evaluate parameters at the cook time rather than at time zero when detecting per-particle variable dependence. This fixes unnecessary cooking of operators referenced by functions in the parameters.

There are several consequences to compatibility as a result of this change. Functions referencing other particle simulations will no longer always recook the entire simulation if the global animation range or the particle simulation starts at time zero. This is now consistent with all other operator types.

Per-particle variable dependent expressions will now be detected even if the first channel segment does not contain such an expression. This is a fairly minor consequence.
