The functions.C HDK optype() expression example has now been updated to properly demonstrate how to handle operator path dependencies. It has also been renamed to optype_proto() since there already is an optype() in Houdini proper.

The Capture Metaball SOP now lets you enter numbers lower than 1 (i.e., 0) as the capture frame, and it will re-cook when you change to that frame.

The Fetch Data DOP no longer accepts an input. Instead, the Source Object can specify any object in the simulation. This enabled this DOP to be optimized considerably for complex simulations.
