Fixed bug in the Object Merge SOP where specifying only an invalid group would merge the entire geometry instead of nothing. This makes the behaviour consistent when merging with at least one valid group. This may make older .hip files cook differently.

Text can be now dragged onto the shelf. When text fragment is dragged and dropped onto the shelf, a new tool is created whose script is set to the dropped text. Also, textport now supports dragging text (in a similar way to the parameter text). Thus, script in a textport (for example the output of the 'opscript' or 'opparm' command) can be dragged and dropped onto the shelf
