Houdini Main Changelogs

9.0.226

Text can be now dragged onto the shelf. When text fragment is dragged and dropped onto the shelf, a new tool is created whose script is set to the dropped text. Also, textport now supports dragging text (in a similar way to the parameter text). Thus, script in a textport (for example the output of the 'opscript' or 'opparm' command) can be dragged and dropped onto the shelf

The Fuse SOP now has two new options. One is Keep Unused Points, which allows you to keep points that are not part of geometry (before fusing). This lets you consolidate things like point clouds. The second option is Keep Consolidated Points. This allows you to keep any points that are no longer being used in geometry after fusing.
