Changes to the way object and CHOP digital assets handle the Controls folder. We no longer initialize the folder with 9999 entries, which fixes several bugs when processing parameter lists with spare parameters present. In fact, the "Controls" folder is now created on demand, so digital assets with no parameters will no longer have this folder at all. CHOP digital assets will now list the Controls folder before the Common folder (much like factory and VEX based CHOPs). Finally, fixed some memory leaks when building template lists for VEX based CHOPs.

For the Cloth Object asset, the parameters in the Initial State tab are no longer animatable (Position/Rotation/Pivot). To control the cloth's location, orientation and shape, use constraints and forces instead.
