The Popnet SOP will no longer unload even if the unload flag is set. This prevents having to recook from frame 1 every frame. This was most noticable if the global unload setting was set to all.

The Capture Layer Paint operator now has a new operation: "Eyedropper." This operation allows you to select a new region just by brushing the currently captured surface you're painting.

Also, the Capture Layer Paint state now displays the currently selected region in the viewport, along with its color.

Fixed potential problems with filtering large images. First, there were precision problems with large pixel offsets that could cause filtering to go outside the normal -0.5, 0.5 range. Second, the filtering algorithm was allocating space off the stack for performance reasons, which may cause problems if the memory requirement is large. Instead, the regular memory allocation routine is used.
