The Extrude SOP now has a Hole Polygon option which lets one disable the automatic holing of the incoming geometry. This is useful when a polygon soup is extruded and one does not want chance overlaps to result in holing.

Collisions with ground planes will now properly work even with sphere or OBB culling turned on. Previously, they could be falsely culled if the collision occurred outside of the proxy geometry.

Added UI to the top of parameter dialogs of nodes defined by OTLs to display the path to the defining OTL. The user can also switch between installed OTLs which define that type, directly from the parameter dialog.
