Fixed problems with the ACTIVETAKE variable and the 'Render with Take' parameter. The parm setting was not updating the ACTIVETAKE variable.

Also removed the 'Render with Take' parameter from the Batch, Frame Dependency and Switch ROPs. It was not used for these ROPs, and so just generated confusion.
