Added deep raster and data window support to OpenEXR files. OpenEXR files can now write out 32 bit float and 32 bit ints as data types in addition to 16 bit float (which was the only format supported previously).

Added correct units to DOPs Two-State Constraint Relationship. It (and other constraint assets using it) should now have reasonable initial values when units are set.
