When deleting nodes in the network, the current (path) node is always deleted (to avoid inconsistency as to when it deleted and when it is not). In addition, if any other nodes are selected they are deleted as well. Previously, if any node was selected, then the current node would not be deleted.

The transformation (translate and rotate) handles are now following the geometry more closely than they used to. For certain RST transform order, the handle actually was not placed consistently with the object parameters.

Fixed problems with selectors when creating new objects in the viewport. 1. If the object we're creating has no inputs, don't bother with prompting

the user to choose a parent object.

2. In custom selectors, we now allow picking of objects within subnets.
