Fixed a bug with spring constraints with non-zero rest length. For that type of spring constraint, the wrong strength was being used, and it could be unstable for some solvers (cloth, wire).

Some major changes to the cloth solver. The Optimal force model should behave more stably and reliably, particularly during compression and bending. The default "maximum compression" was also changed from 0.1 to 0.

The * and / operators are now defined for pairs of UT_Vector? and UT_Vector. Previous to Houdini 5.5, these were defined as the cross product, which was removed as it was a bad idea. They have been redefined as componentwise multiplication and division, and is hoped it will not be a bad idea.
