Fixed a bug that destroyed VOP wiring when updating a VOP definition. Houdini will now re-wire networks to maintain connections based on input/output names when a VOP definition changes. Wires are removed if the input or output name is not present in the new VOP definition.

Spare parameters on Digital Asset nodes are no longer saved out to the OTL. Spare parameters on nodes *inside* the asset are still saved, just not the spares on the asset node itself. This prevents some odd spare parameter behaviour when editing Digital Assets.

Adding an environment variable to enable ray biasing along the normal vector in mantra. The environment variable is MANTRA_BIAS_NORMAL and can take on values of 0 or 1 (default 0 is disabled). This change affects all ray tracing functions in vex, and can often permit lower bias values to be used than would otherwise be needed to achieve similar quality output.
