Removed find-on-page functionality from help browser until we can find a work-around for bugs. Currently search terms are not automatically highlighted on page load, you have to click the button due to a bug. We hope to fix this in a future release.

Added display toolbar with buttons for highlighting the search terms on the current page and setting the font size (the font size menu works directly sets the font size preference on the Settings tab, unlike the old on-page size controls which temporarily reduced or magnified the preferred font size).

Added button to the right of the find text field to show/hide the navigation pane as a more visible alternative to clicking the center of the splitter bar. We hope to make the look and feel of the button more consistent when the navigation pane is in side- by-side configuration in a future release.
