Adding motion factor support to mantra. The motion factor is controlled by the ray_motionfactor <float> command which currently must be placed in the camera's pre-include. Motion factor adaptively adjusts the shading quality based on the amount of blurring of objects in the scene. A motion factor of 1 will decrease the shading rate by a factor of b/16 where b is the number of pixels of blurring. Motion factor cannot increase shading quality and it defaults to 0.
