Implemented the Initial State parameter on DOP Networks. This is the name of a file that is loaded at the first timestep of a simulation. When this file is specified, the DOP Network is not processed on the first timestep.

Fixed a series of bugs with Save Preview. The most serious was a crash, but gamma & LUTs didn't work, nor did fragment shaders when rendering offscreen. Save Preview now works as advertised again.
