Fixed crash which could occur when dragging a node to the parameters panel in the type properties dialog. The crash was caused by not being able to resolve a parameter in the disable string.

A new SOP, the IsoOffset SOP, has been added. This SOP allows you to convert geometry into implicit surfaces and then generate an iso surface from a given offset level. This also lets you build a solid tetrahedronal mesh to fill the implicit function.
