Added proper negative and fractional frame support to mplay when the -g option is used to load files. The new command line options, -I and -N, disable fractional and negative frame support respectively, treating '.' and '-' as normal filename characters (useful for some sequences which use these characters as separators, and would be interpreted incorrectly).
