When deleting custom panels, we now also do two things first:

Turning RTTI on when Houdini is compiled compiled with gcc 2.96. (It was already on when using gcc 3.x.) Also fixing hcustom to no longer use -fno-rtti and -fno-exceptions when it should not have used those options.
