Now, by default, the tree node selection in the bundle pane tree is now linked to the pick flag of the operators. There is a button in the tree toolbar that turns this option on and off. When the selection is unlinked (button off), the selection of the tree nodes is independent of the operator selection.

When the selection is linked, only nodes at current network level shown in the pane toolbar are shown in the tree. Also any operator that is visible in the viewer is shown in the tree. Since the tree highlights the nodes that are added or removed to/form bundles, linking the selection to the pick flag enables selection of operators in the network or the viewer pane and then adding these to the bundles.
