Fixed a problem with writing new definitions to the Embedded OTL which would cause Houdini to use the wrong OTL as the source for these newly saved definitions.

Deleting all the operator definitions from the Embedded OTL without uninstalling the Embedded OTL would prevent new operator definitions from being written to it. This problem is now fixed.
