The oppresetls and oppresetrm commands can now be run by specifying an operator type rather than a node path. This is possible because these commands don't need to refer to an existing node to work.

Added a new RMB menu item, "Save Operator Type", for custom subnet nodes. This menu item causes the selected node to be immediately saved as the definition for the custom operator type. This is faster than opening the Type Properties dialog and hitting Apply or Accept.
