The Expand COP has been expanded with 2 new enhancements:

• Per-pixel variable expansion is now supported, using masks.This replaces the input/output blending that occurred before.
• The vertical expand and dropoff sizes can now optionally be

changed independently of the horizontal expand/dropoff sizes.
