There was a bug generating .picnc files on IRIX and Solaris. The .picnc files generated on these platforms could not be read on Linux or Windows. In fixing this bug, all existing .picnc files generated on Solaris and IRIX are now invalid and cannot be read.

The UV Brush is now stickier. This means when dragging in the UV viewer on a high res grid, the point at the center of the brush will stick to the brush better. When dragging a feature in the 3d viewport, the feature will stick to the brush better. For the less sticky old behaviour, one can turn down Opacity.
