When rendering to mplay, the FPS is now correctly matched to the global mplay FPS. Previously, it was always being set to 30, which resulted in black frames near the end of the sequence when the mplay FPS was set to 24 (or less than 30).

Fixed some bugs with the viewtransform command setting the aspect ratio and enhanced the syntax a bit to make it easier to turn some individual flags on and off. Light objects now have Window X/Y, Origin, and Roll parameters which are used in calculating the transform during the rendering process.
