Altered the multi-selection interaction for the Type Properties parameter list. Now shift-clicking on a parameter selects all parameters from the currently selected parameter to the parameter that is clicked on. Doing a click on a single cell label now clears the multi-selection, even if the selected cell is within the current multi-selection. This better matches the behavior of other applications.

Added blending for index pair attributes including the special case of capture attributes. Added the uniform kernel to the meta ball kernel menu. Now attributes such as the capture attributes can be merged together from two identical but separate geometries. Simply set the kernel function to Uniform, set the distance threshold to 0, and set the blending width to a sufficiently large number.

If there is an error communicating with Houdini from a java application, there is now a dedicated error message that gets generated from the Houdini.hscript method. The Houdini.hscriptex function throws an exception if there was a failure communicating with Houdini (either because Houdini shut down, crashed, or the java port was closed).

The java hscript command now dedicates a unique communication port to each java process. This prevents bugs when two Houdini sessions are running simultaneously, each with its own java command running. The port is closed automatically when the asssociated java process exits.
